Update version 2.49.0 (beta) solves the problem. Make sure that the new name is typed in correctly (name#XXXX). The Pob links via the poe.ninja profile do not seem to work yet.

Yeah once i updated, it required me to use my #1210 in addition to my account name then it worked

If this is in regards to PoE 2 characters, then you need the PoE 2 POB.
