Did you remember to add the Enchant mods to the Custom Config? POB does not yet recognize the new enchants effects. If not, add these to your Custom Config window when comparing a wand with the enchant

* Put quality on your flasks for better up time

* Get the recommended large cluster jewel shown in the first post POB. This will allow you to change your Glove implicit to lightning pen

* Change your Sulphur flask affix. We are not an armor build (see build guide for suffixes to consider)

* Change your Diamond flask suffix. We are not an evasion build (see build guide for suffixes to consider)

* Get a perfect rolled Rumi's to inch closer to block cap

* Put quality on Purity of Elements. This will help you when you eventually upgrade your rares

* Change your caster Mastery from 6% Increased Cast Speed, to +1 to Intensify

* Slowly start replacing your 20/20 gems with 21/20 gems, and replacing your 20/0 gems with 21/0 gems

You can move Conductivity from shield to boots (arcanist brand set up) and add Wave of Conviction to shield (for lightning exposure)
