Sure, theirs got fixed while ours hasn't, but PC doesn't have to wait for Sony to approve their patch.

Oh you mean the bug that only happens to some people and not others that very easily could get missed because it didn't happen to the play tester that one got it vs the one that is affecting an entire not-player base

Not really, games are made for that hardware, rather than the other way around - make a game on certain hardware and force ppl to upgrade their PCs so they can play the game.
