Necromancer "Bone Barrier" minion leech not working with 10% instant leech

I am also experiencing an issue with this skill combination. The interactions seem to be working, but the values are way lower than expected based on my damage output.

They did note it and working on a fix guys. Sad to say it's not mentioned in the "work in progress" post by GGG

Bumping, 1% leech from Bone Barrier not working with BAMA, with or without instant leech mastery.

Chains of command seems like there is 0 leech. Is it going to AG for whatever reason?
