what to do when you simply can't get the LP?
poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead

as far i read the patch notes, i think nothing change and maybe this new belt will be INSANE with this build

Updated PoB, new belt is giga hopium, might push the build to 300m+ DPS if Echoing Shrine is actually allowed to roll.
Otherwise, tiny nerfs, we're looking very good right now! |

Isn't the loss of ES from Int a massive offensive and defensive nerf?

Not Really, We aren't stacking int for ES so its minor. Looking at the High-End pob it has 13,364 ES. According to calcs we are getting ~48% increased ES from Int. Adding 24% reduced energy shield as a custom mod puts it to 12,830. This is ~4% less energy shield.
On the lower end of the budget using the starter tree we have 4,726 ES. 35% increase from ES. Rounding up to 18% reduced ES we then have 4,427 ES. This is 6% less energy shield. Overall not too bad. Be cool if they could add a threshold for stat stacking with diminishing returns. Like 1% per 5 int up to 500 Int, then go for the 1% per 10 |
