Why are they so obsessed with ruthless? It looks like all the events will force you to play there...

Incredibly long and boring event very little number of people will play...

Kudos if anyone manages this, I guess.
But just keep in mind that if you do succeed, clearly the challenge was too easy. The race next season will be in Pitiless mode. A truly arduous variant of Ruthless, without flasks, enchantments, or implicits on anything except jewellery. And Quickstep will be drop-only.... from corrupted map bosses. Just a side project, of course. Looking for a mature guild to play with?

Ruthless is taking over the game. Really unfortunate to see so much attention given to this mode I don’t care about going into Exilecon.
