when looking at POB no version seems to use that annoint anyway. I do see how it would be usefull though

Rest assured I will update for 3.22, I already have most of it done. I am only waiting for new gem information teaser and tattoos datamine.

We can probably support blink arrow with the new Guardian's Blessing Support to have decent? uptime on haste.
