100% stun recovery = imune to stun?

what the title says, if u had 100% stun recovery does it equal the unique mod 'cannot be stunned' ore is there a max value u cant breach? ore does the mechanic not work like this?..

Since Lionseye Bow and the passive gives 100% hitrate...

if stun recovery is capped i would like to know if it is not,but 100% stun recovery doesnt equal stun imunity, i would also like to know.

100% increased stun recovery means it will display half of the normal animation. It does not mean that you are immune.
100% stun recovery means that your recovery from getting stunned will be twice as fast. Recovery != immunity.
My guess is that it works like this:

Stun Time = Base / (Stun Recovery + 1)

So if you have 100% stun recovery you are stunned for half as long. I think there's a shield that gives 180% stun recovery but I'm not sure.
So 200% would make u artificialy imune? btw thx for the response its apreciated.
With 200% u would get stunned but the duration would be nulified if i got this right?

You're misreading what he wrote. +100% faster stun recovery would mean that the stun lasts half as long. +200% faster stun recovery would mean that the stun lasts one third of the original duration.

Sorry my maths arent good xDD,
So basicly the % rises exponentialy vs the recovery rate so in theory going to 100% stun imunity is imposibel?...

i think the max value atainable is around 350% give ore take

28% max mod on 5 items + belt + shield 180% ( taken from the mod spredsheat)
Could anybody math savi calculate in how much reduction this would result?

the only way i know for sure to be 100% immune to stun (no need of stun or block recovery from other sources) is to get the Unwavering Stance keystone. i know there's also a unique item but i don't know much about them so i can't give you the details on that. here's some other useful info though pertaining to the stun formula.

Whenever a player or monster takes damage, there is a chance they will be stunned. A stun interrupts whatever that creature was doing while a brief animation is played. The default length of stuns is 350ms. The duration of stuns can be altered by increased block and stun recovery, increased stun duration, and similar modifiers.
For increased block and stun recovery modifiers, the formula used is:
350 * (100 / ( 100 + increased recovery) )

The formula used for determining whether or not a stun occurs is:
stun_chance = 200 * damage / defender_effective_max_life

Where defender_effective_max_life is the maximum life of the creature being hit. Increases to monster life from a party of more than one player do not affect defender_effective_max_life.
For a player with Chaos Inoculation, their defender_effective_max_life is whatever their max life would be if they did not have Chaos Inoculation.

Reduced stun threshold modifiers reduce the value of defender_effective_max_life. For example, 25% stun threshold reduction means you treat their maximum life as only 75% as much as it actually is, meaning you stun them easier.
There are diminishing returns affecting stun threshold reduction of over 75%. When calculating Stun with Stun Threshold Reduction of over 75%, the Stun Threshold Reduction is treated as being:

75 + ( Stun Threshold Reduction - 75) * 25 / ( Stun Threshold Reduction -50 )

If the stun chance would be less than or equal to 25%, it's ignored, so you need to deal more than 12.5% of effective maximum life to have a chance to stun.
