How about a Lab themed shirt. Color obviously lab green, darker gray, or black.
Slap a big lab reward symbol skull on the center, and iconic Izaro quote like: "An aspirant can afford to be promising. An emperor must keep those promises." neatly structured around it.

Lab's been an iconic part for a while, something we encounter every league multiple times, and while Izzy drops some sick lines, we do prevail in the end, mostly.
