[3.27] Ice Dancing God - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Not getting the payoff until level 76 is kind of a PITA. Ah well. Finally got comet so hopefully the boss fights will go faster.

Nope. Can't seem to get past the Venom Queen in act 3. Just not enough dps to get her down before I run out of heals. I did get to level 44 at least.

I put the char to bed because it was clear the boss fights were only going to get worse. Grats to Kelvynn for being a better player than I am!

so what are we going for in Phrecia?

Yeah I'd like to know for perica also although it looks like just a fast lvl 90 and then pce out imo being that it's only 3 weeks you wont even get idols setup till like the last day of the event.

What do you think about going scavenger, low life and chaos does not bypass ES, and than extra power charge on next one? I am thinking about this for the phrecia event.

The alternate ascendancies are an issue. I was going to give manaforged arrow whisperer a try.

Here's the Phrecia section from last year. It was based on the 3.25 league. The new one will be based on 3.27, with the 3rd ring and grafts for even more power.

Legacy of Phrecia

If you want to play this build in the Legacy of Phrecia event, two of the classes there work rather well.

SCAVENGER

Pros: Fast mapping with explosions. Can do uber bosses too, with some effort.
Cons: None.

ARISTOCRAT

Pros: Very high damage vs endgame/uber bosses (video).
Cons: No explosions. Hard to start as the 1st character in a new league.


For the body armour, go with pure ES. Everything else is the same as the base build.

Going to gamble and just yolo start this in phrecia (Aristocrat)

What skills to use before can get hands on whispering ice? Do you have any toughs going tri stack instead full intstack so can use ''dreadfull attitude''?

Plan to fully min/max this but have never played whispering ice so going to look at your guide a lot :D

Sunder to lv 33 should work fine. And once you have the staff you don't really care about anything but Int. We don't have access to Trickster's hybrid scaling here that would require high Dex. So no reason to worry about that, just pure Int and full ES gear.

Aristocrat has to spend quite a few nodes from his start to get to the Int caster territory. I imagine it won't be easy on the 1st day.

What I did last year (and will do again) is start as a Scavenger, farm up and make some good gear and then level the Aristocrat fully twinked. Helical rings can be used at lv 65! Poor Kitava really didn't expect that :)

while not perfect, i finally crafted my first simplex and happy that i got what i did with minimal investment

i split the amulet i had so i have another base to craft a better one with %increased attributes

in total, i have about 30ish divine in the one i crafted including having to buy the shaper's exalted

crafted my other one. it had a T1 flat int which was better than the T2 my first one had. happy with what i did so far and plan to craft more of them in the future with the increased attribute mod

btw, i've been farming harvest to make the currency i've used for crafting these. i farmed around 70 divine and only used about 50 to craft them both
