Your flask is not 28% quality
Any free jewel socket, use watcher
Get more resistance on items/tree, replace a rare jewel

Otherwise, good job with your build, its nice.

sometimes there are mobs with an "ice bubble" arounde them. idk how you call them, but they lower CDR and often break my build and fuck me up.

Is there any trick to handle them or just "try to avoid getting near them"?
