A 3-anoint amulet is a great concept, but I have to say that "Stranglegasp" is just about the least appropriate name for flavor that they could have come up with. It sounds like something you really don't want around your neck.

I have 400 strength on my scion last league. That would have been 80% increased spell damage. Nearly for free. Huge buff. I care. Great option there for us strength spell people. Thanks GGG | |
