2 spirits, aesthetically different from eachother but similar to Siosa in style hovering behind each shoulder, with aetherial chains wrapped around them chaining them to your spaulders. Could also up it to 3 and have one just behind our head as well. Potentially the same in colour, or could differentiate them in colour such as Kaom/Daresso, Solaris/Lunaris. Maybe even exactly that!

That or something onesided. I love asymmetrical designs. Maybe an option to use current wings but only on one side?

Keep it simple, we've already got a tone of gorey MTX... Make Blood Wings. Not, 'Wings made out of Blood" really, but Blood flowing from your back, like a constant explosion of gore from your mere presence.

That said, a single giant shark fin sticking out of your back would be hilarious and I'd go for that.

Kalameet-inspired dark/shadow dragon wings with his red mark glow as a spot color sort of decoration is where my vote goes.

i'll second the many mentions of the idea of some black/bladey wings along the lines of the rapture wings... i suppose like a modern remake of the existing "gore raven wings"

something like the fire/ice wings but made out of dark blood tendrils/gore along the lines of the exanguinate skill
that look would fit a lot of different looks/styles in the game (vaal, bloodguard, gore and beast/malachai and even kinda necromancy) plus there is nothing like it in the game already (carnage wings being the closest but they are not quite there at all)
