Getting a few jewels with 7% throwing speed would go a long way, yeah. Worth the loss of multi to an extent, but not all of it.

Can also play around with Charged Mines as a link, that's 40% throwing speed if you take a Frenzy Charge.

And one more question do we use vaal arc ? What's the downside beside the less chain ? Do we need to get one with 20% quality ?

You can basically do Blighted Maps without using any active skill with good tower management. And by good, I mean Scout Towers with the ring annoint and basically nothing else except for those that ignore minions.

You want Vaal Arc 21, Q doesn't matter at all unless it's one of the alt q ones, not worth it. It helps a lot for some things, but by no means a must.

You are right, sorry. Must have changed after the 3.14 updates to POB, it worked last league. I assume it's a temporary bug and will be fixed.

You can go low-life with a Shav or LL Hybrid with Petrified Blood, it would add some more DPS, not sure if it's worth it. Probably not. Might net you a larger pool, but not sure about that either, Hybrid is plenty nice.

Hey dude, thanks for the build, so far so good, only issue is that I really can't seem to find anything similar to the rare ring or amulet in the market, ultimatum league soft core, can you link me something that is at least close or as useful? thanks in advance
