Does this include the 3.13.0b patch as well (not listed as a hot fix). Just checking since that patch addresses the Sius issues. Thanks.

Restart the client. The countdown clock is now fixed.

My client timer endet at 8pm gmt+1. Now I noticed the actual start is 9pm according to this page. An additional release time while in queue would be nice
