What's going on with the Servers?

GGG, the best company there is! Thanks for your transparancy.

GGG fails completely in delivering a clear communication about this. Not a single hint ingame about trouble. Staff members link to GGG's reddit and twitter posts instead of accumulating progress in one thread on their own website. Support in the support forum is literally non existent. So, it's quite a BOLD statement to promote them to any 'best company' while failing SO hard in even communicating with the players.

This problem can very easily be solved. Don't buy supporter packs. Next time would be butter smooth. But braindead addicts prefer it the way it is, enjoy Crash of Exile.

Where did this come from? There was nothing in the post to suggest this had anything to do with supporter packs. Indeed, it's the supporter pack purchases that will pay for the hardware upgrades. Perhaps instead of spending a heap of money, GGG would have been better making the freeloaders wait an extra week to balance out the load. I get not everyone can afford to contribute, but if you can't, at least have the decency to appreciate what you have.

The supporter packs get uglier and more reduced every season, while core mechanics and long known issues were not adressed. I totally support the idea cutting short on supporter packs. It's the only thing GGG focusses on frequently. Did you ever have a technical issue and posted in the support forums? Yeah, you'll never get an answer. They take the support pack money, but they never deliver support the other way round. That's the GGG way of saying thank you.

So salty. Is there still anything positive in life? Its a free game. They need to earn at least something to expand and improve the game. If the entire community existed of people like you, this game would have been obesolete in 2015 already.
They are owned by the biggest Tech company in the world xD Yet they still talk and ask for support as if they are a indie studio.

You would not be able to play this game for free,if people did not buy supporter packs.

True, and what do you think that company would do to POE if GGG starts losing money?

I put salt where it belongs to. Both the communication and support of GGG are bad af - honestly, i did not experience such a lack of support from any dev studio so far.

If you talk about 'people like you' meaning me, suggesting i would not support the work of the devs: you seem to be utterly new to the forums, so let me kindly explain: you can actually take a look at my profile next to my postings and see some of the supporter packs i already invested into. So if there are more 'people like you' meaning me supporting the game so far, the game 'would have been obsolete'...you're just epicly showcasing your lack of basic logic in a way that's truely rare. Good luck mastering your life with that intelligence.

Maybe starting to introduce loot boxes and stuff like that... oh wait. GGG choose to sell out to China not the players. It is not our responsebility to make sure GGG keep a certain standard and pleases thier overlords. Stop being a white knight and realise GGG is a company and care shit about you.

Except my experience is different. Each direct experience I've had with GGG has been positive with great customer service and a willingness to help. Server issues and game issues are frustrating as but I'm a long way from quitting which is what I'd do rather than having a melt down because it's just a game. Vote with your virtual feet if you don't like it. There is an issue, they've communicated it and they are addressing it, what else can you reasonably expect.

I've never made positive experience with GGG support. Either they never answer or they say they can't do anything. Serious issues like scamming by other players were not adressed since years, but you surely can count on more supporter packs being developed...take a look at the actual lineup, it's uglier than ever.

And hell no, they DIDN'T communicate the actual issues well. There is no ingame warning about instabilities...i just bought an expensive item and as soon as i touched it, it disappeared. A simple warning INGAME would have made a huge difference in approaching the game, but no...there is not a single warning ingame. And here in the forums there's just this posting that's 2 days old now and nobody knows if disappearing items still can occur.

So no, i heavily disagree with your statement.
Thank you Chris and the rest of the team for all you do. Hope everything gets there as soon as possible.
