Crimson Dance is the worst for Snipe. Never recommend. Always condemn.

Anyone else using Champion variants of the bleed bow?

I started off with Esoro's build and ended up migrating into Champion because I probably suck at playing and get hit a lot. I really wanted something tanky, and I wanted the consistency of Fortify as a base defense. The issue with champion instead of glad is obviously some damage loss, but that's only an issue with the bosses. My clear was just fine. With some adjustments, I can clear all the end-game, deathless Sirius, Maven (although she is still a tougher fight) and all her cronies, t16 100% delirious, good delve, etc. So, here are the differences in my build:

-Champion Ascendancy (obviously)
-Fortify instead of block as base defense, layered dodge/block with flasks if needed (rumi's/quartz) along with keeping my evasion.
-Glorious Vanity with Corrupted Soul. It's an additional at least 1k eHP at end game (1.4k for me). Bloody Savagery is a nice addition on that too if you can roll it.
-Run herald of purity since my banner is free with champion and use malevolence mana reserve reduction on amulet, mana reserve reduction on helm enchant is a nice bonus too.
-3 curses: Vulnerability, Poacher's Mark, Temp Chains. Poacher's Mark is a huge step up in damage for bosses and makes them melt. This is pretty much a must if you're going this route I think. Temp chains is dual defense/damage and makes your bleeds last longer. I got the second curse with whispers of doom on my amulet and the third on my armor. Even with the block build, I think whispers and poacher's mark is probably better than Growth and Decay.
The temp chains is nice, but definitely optional. If you really want to go big, Poacher's Mark AND Growth and Decay, but I like the tankiness boost with temp chains.
-An explodey chest is nice for clear.
-Eventually, getting an Aul's Uprising with either Malevolence or Pride is nice and you can run Pride in place of Second Wind for another aura.


With this setup I facetank most everything. Just charge up my Snipe and let fly. On standard bosses, I do 341 mil over ~15 seconds. That's about 20 mil dps. Just hit them once and dance around. Since I can stay close, I max pride's effect too. I also play 6 person group t16 blights and am the boss killer in my group since the bosses on that have insane HP. I just wade into the mess, clear a bit, charge up and let go.

TLDR: Going champion and min-maxing that with curses, more auras and Glorious Vanity with Corrupted Soul can totally tank if anyone wants to go that route.

I'm considering this build for next league. How far can this be pushed? I want to be able to farm endgame content, specifically 80-100% delirium.
Anybody have success with that?
