PoE 2 beta when ?

Easily the last 7 8 leagues have demostrated that a 13 week cycle devolopment is too short to do a league that don't require 3 or 4 extra weeks of beta testing from players. most of the community don't mind if you take 1 or 2 extra week to launch new content if that help to do a more polished product.
Also, 13 weeks cycle until 3.13 expansion and a large one with new atlas? that seems to be another one full of bugs (like conquerors of the atlas), really really hope i'm wrong. | |

thank god, we all love the content but man its so frustrating not being able to play the league for the first month ( i mean without the bugs and other frustrations).
