Everything looks cool!
I feel like you are setting yourselves up for second wind to be a problem. It is going to be too mandatory for too many skills. Then you will feel compelled to change it. Then there will be tons of whining. Even though you also changed the skills that used it to compensate. They will still whine. When I kill a man he stays dead.
