[3.13] 15K ES TANK BLADE VORTEX BV CHIEFTAIN Build >> AFK in Sirus meteors & Delve deep!

Blade Vortex Chieftain has recently gained a lot more popularity due to buffed strength stacking mechanics and as a result = increased EHP and damage.
I dived deep into the build to see how far i can push it with decent amount of currency i had at the end of Metamorph league and OH BOI it’s actually so good and satisfying! The original plan was to revamp my old Blade Vortex Inquisitor build, but after the Warlord Mark nerf and all the buffs that happened to strength, unfortunately ES variations of BV are WAY MORE tankier than life versions, while still delivering a good amount of damage. What i have here is a super tanky, mobile build with great recovery and good bossing damage. ES version is WAY more expensive than LIFE version, but you can transition when you have enough currency for it. With the introduction of BLADE BLAST in 3.10 i am pretty sure there will be even more BV builds out there. So far i think Blade Blast is cool, as it gives even more AOE. Blade Vortex is a pure physical spell which creates AOE spinning blades when you cast it. You can have up to 10 blades now, increasing your damaging AOE. Chieftain converts everything into pure fire by taking AVATAR OF FIRE passive on the tree and buffs fire damage though numerous stacking buffs and debuffs. Chieftain is ideal for this variant of the build as it gives +100 fire resistance, free fire leech, penetration and a lot of other cool things. ====================================================================================== 1) PROS

If you are lacking experience or levelling gear, i would recommend levelling with Holy Flame Totem or even Warchief Totem and later respec into BV. Blade Vortex is pretty annoying in the beginning, but once you get UNLEASH SUPPORT it becomes better and smooth. I personally have no problems levelling with just BV, but since the majority of players are impatient zoomers, you may level with something other than BV. You will most likely be levelling with the LIFE version of the build. Potentially higher damage, but you won’t survive even remotely close to what 20K+ ES can handle. It also harder to leech damage as only ES offers direct leech with spells at the moment. 2) How expensive is this build?

Biggest things are Watchers Eye (50+ ex), Belt 20-30, EX, rings 10-20 ex, Chest with +2 is 10-15 ex, helm around 5-10 ex, amulet = 30-50 ex. Hello Angry_Roleplayer.
Awesome build you made here, i am just trying it out myself now, and i had no problems leveling with your tree. You are passing by many life nodes on your tree, so if people wanna level with it, it's possible to just go a little off track and take a few life nodes while leveling. I had leveling items when i did this, but i think it's still possible without. I enjoy it so far atleast, and i just hitted maps, i am tanky with 3.3k HP and around 500 HP regen with my tree atm. at level 67. I was checking your tree, and to people that wanna play this or already play this, here is a little tip. Instead of going with "Master of the Arena" then take the 3 points and use them to get "Warrior's Blood" we can't use the 2 melee modifiers from "Master of the Arena" anyway, and "Warrior's Blood" will give us 0.8% more regen ;) Peace, Love and Harmony!
