Boots have 10% cooldown That means ice nova cooldown is 0.15*0.90=0.135 but pob says 0.14 Which one is right? |

" Neither, server tick rates are 33ms. CoC default CDR is 150ms. 150ms / 33 ms = 4.54 -> gets rounded up to 5. 5 * 33 = 165. With 10% CDR: 150ms * 0.9 = 135ms 135/33 = 4.09 -> gets rounded up to 5. 5 * 33 = 165. 1000/165 = 6.06 With 10% CDR you gain nothing. |

I didnt get any reply so im gonna try again. I would really appreciate which route to take on my skilltree, the guide doesnt specify which points to take first and since im still kinda new, i dont know which points would be best to take first.
