I did the Life version from the CoC on a small budget and didnt invest much in it, but if you want to improve the dps on it you can go for a Hatred Watchers with cold penetration/ flat cold or a Precision Crit Multi. Also you can equip the 2 circle of fear if you need even more dps, but you sacrifice with this choice Life from your rings and get more squishier.

Is it possible to hit 100% crit chance on cyclone without flasks? I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make that happen.

inc crit gem is probably the only choice you got or you go for hatred crit watchers + Precision + attack crit armour + T1 Accuracy on gloves and Helmet.

Bro, where do we get the dexterity to use a sword? In your POB you only have about 150 dexterity
