I am trying to implement this build in a low budget but having problems to reach 75% block rate here is my paste bin: https://pastebin.com/MXurp3fq Can anyone willing to check it suggest me some improvements? I will change rumi and try some red tier maps. Map Clear should be ok i guess, but i fear that bosses could feel a bit too slow, i guess that is were higher budget makes it feel better.
