What should be my first change?

A few other questions:

- I don't understand how to setup CA / TR. Is CA the main damage dealer or toxic rain? Does it bother where to put both 6-links?
- I don't have Despair ring, is this a problem?
- Is Phantasmal Toxic Rain 20/20 better then Toxic Rain 21/20?
- What Auras do I need to run? I am able to start Flesh and Stone / Malevolence and Discipline. After that I cannot start Grace and Clarity. Tips?

I really don't like the way that "elusive" looks on my character, do you think it would be ok to ditch the "no witness" node, or is it worth suffering through a fashion nightmare, for the buff? ha ha.

I really don't like how it looks. If I was green, fair enough, but I'm not. and I changed the skills as well to lotus and celestial, so there's no going back now.
