great advice here
also be sure to grab rite of ruin as 4th ascend as it gives a whopping 75% attack speed
the jewels kateroze linked are also VERY cheap, like 1-5c
and very strong for us

yes, we like to support our warcries since we piano them for massive dps and keeping up warbringer procs and rage generation for perma-berserk
