" Rallying Cry Rallying Cry has been reworked and given a new identity. It has traditionally worked well with support-style builds and we designed it to provide a new way to support allies. It causes nearby allies to gain a buff that grants them a percentage of your main-hand weapon's damage based on the power of nearby enemies. It also exerts your next few attacks to deal more damage based on how many allies you have near you. Unlike most other Warcries, the power of the buff comes from both the power of both nearby enemies and allies. This is a rework to an existing skill to give it a new identity. This obviously seemed to fit a very supportive-type of role, but we wanted to do a new way to support allies. It works well with minions or to support a full party of allies. Hi all, Is this build still works in 3.11? I have some problem with it, i am using infernal legion on guardian but he dont create minions...(i mean it creates but less than he should: from 2 uses of 2 flasks he creates only 2-3 minions) i dont know why, i remember i played this build in 3.09 and it works quite good, but now i have this problems. So I'm thinking of just doing this build for league start. Not caring about how efficient or not it will be. It's going to be escorting Animate Guardian Bob for Heist. I basically want to gear up my Animate Guardian asap once I hit level 70. Is there another item to use instead of Mask of the Stitched Demon? Since I won't be able to get it right away. Which means I won't be able to do infernal legion as far as I can figure out. This build seems to hinge on infernal legion and Mask of the Stitched Demon. Can anyone can think of another unique or item that could make it work? Thanks in advance. Or is it messed up that it just isn't going to work anymore? How was your experience with this build for league start? I also want to try it for next league. Not really caring how less better this is from the self-cast one, it should just be less expensive due to how off-meta this is. Also what AG setup did you use?
