Error ce-34878-0 (PS4) (ACT 8) in town

I’ve gotten the same error now 3 times today in the span of a few hours.. it’s completely random when it crashes. When I’m out exploring, in the middle of Heists 🤬 when I’m in town. I’ve gotten it at least twice every time I play POE which so far has been for the last 3-4 days. That’s a lot of crashes and kind of takes the wind out of my sails to keep playing. Please fix this

These crashes are kinda unpredictable, it happen in totally random moments, there is no "rule" that trigger the crash scenario.
I got crashed while being afk in city, while at hideout, when I wanted to find some item on market, inside the Labirynth, on maps etc., etc. :(

Not sure if you as GGG can do something about it, like with some patch or something, because it's kinda frustrating and from other hand makes HC unplayable.
