I've never had an issue.
Between Storm Brand, OOS, and Ball Lightning (on CWDT) EO is always up.
You can use inc crit if you want, I would replace OOS and link it to brand though.

Hey Gryph, I played this build on an occultist in betrayal and thanks to you I'm REALLY enjoying it again.
Just one question, is there some trick to dealing with uber elders slowfloor?
I can kill him but it usually takes me about 2-4 portals per kill and it annoys the shit out of me
