GGG Support response time

Same here ! GGG locked my account Because I used to play in Singapore , now I’m back to korea and I always get the email to re/confirm before I log in. Probably because I’m playing in korea which is not the usual log in place of mine. I’ve emailed them 2 days ago and I still don’t get any response. Sorry for my bad English , not a native speaker here.

also got account locked and been waiting on a reply for 3 days now, maybe they only have like 2 workers on support or something.

Even took a week to get my friend a mtx gifted.

and its a problem when they ask for info then you have to wait a week again. mby they should pre put this info down so wut we know to just send this....

It's like they're not even checking the support emails just copying and pasting the same message on every thread.
