Atlas Progress Lost

My Atlas was totaly empty too. However, I said "its OK". Did few maps and few more. Cleared rare "Dunes" map 2 times. Killed everything, including boss. But "Dunes" looks like not finished (still).

I keep being positive and did another map other than "Dunes". Dont remember was which one. However, after killed map boss there past 30-40+ achievements and map cleared texts on screen and now Atlas turned to my beastiary league atlas with beastiary quest progress. Thats OK.

However, still can not finish "Dunes" and few other maps. They looks like as first time.
