Just get used to it. I_NO is a min/maxer. Everything that isn't close to OP, farming T16 maps in less than a minute, is "dogshit". If a better alternative exist? Dogshit. If an item has a drawback? Dogshit.
Classic black-and-white attitude. But, maybe you need that sort of attitude when you take pride in being an elitist :) Don't get me wrong here, I understand it completely. I wouldn't use that shield in an end game situation. But it may be a very good shield in other situations. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

The shield is ok imo. Free enfeeble is nice, if you don't use other curses. The flat damage isn't that much, but it can work. I just wish it had 50% phys to fire. That'd make it a LOT better.
For something that doesn't depend on accuracy it's ok, but I'd usually go with lycosidae. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.

Dont get trolled OP. The shield is ok, certainly useful for SSF. Its just that you can get much better stuff in trade leagues. Its depressingly low budget in trade SC. Then again, few builds actually use shields for defense i feel, ES shields can have spell damage, crit and what not or simply there to give you that flat 350+ ES. Many other builds just use Lycosidae or no shield at all. So its on the lower end of an already underused item type.
