Nebulis Void Scepter is ridiculus OP

I would use this weapon more on dual wield.
5% from lev 23 Purity
1% Tree
1% Cest Corruption
1% Amu Corruption

So 8*2 = 16% = 320% Cold Damage, then use winter Orb and forget about any content in your way (should a lot more then most decent rare wands or Scepters).

Did bv/gc just get buffed again? Cold convert them both...

You also take a hit to damage when you get -res from map mods or elemental weakness. Not as reliable as people are making it out to be.

With two call of the brotherhood you would be receiving both increases for a total of 400-500%, but it's probably still not a lot. I mean, I used to play 6k%+ indigon :(

Also remember there are still a lot of new uniques and mods to be uncovered.

Maybe some will give +max res, i.e. the +1% max res helmet mod on the announcement page.

This seems a bit underwhelming when you compare with just converting from either lightning or cold to fire and then stacking non-ele as chaos. A stick that does nothing but a bit of cast speed and forces you into some quite difficult max res stacking...

atleast you have to build around it which makes it a unique ;)

This will make running purity of ice and other +max resist gear good especially against Uber Elder. Funny thing is I predict that Winter Orb will be dominating the leader boards early on or maybe back to boring Arc.
