18-20% increased cold/lightning damage per 1% cold/lightning resist above 75%
IMO it must have the fire version as well, maybe the roll could change it. Lets think you have 175% cold res, a easy number to reach. Its 1800% cold damage! I am pretty sure thats you could get above 275 cold res with all auras, nods and items combined. it would give 3600-4000% cold damage. Am I missing anything? Cold res =/= uncapped Cold res.
So if you are using a loreweave 140ish% cold damage max (between implicit and explicit) and 17% (20?) cast speed. Good but hardly OP to end all OP. |

It obviously has to be max resist. Which means Loreweave just got a massive price increase. Maybe depending a bit how vicious the grind is to get this weapon.
That said, won't be surprised if it's yet another 1 alch unique a bit down the line. |

" Oh that was my mistake, thx for enlighten me. Didn't notice the difference between uncapped and mas res. In this case we could get is about 84/85 max res. but It would need a lot of items and investment. Its would be a good weapon 85 max res = 180-200% cold/lightning damage. But not that OP |

This will make Saffell's and purity of ice a lot more attractive for running uber elder with cold spells. It's not "insanely broken" but it seems pretty good. I'm a fan.
