Also : go learn what Authoritative means versus Authority, because on is totalitarian (do as I say! Now!) and one is hierarchical (I've been here so you could do this)...essentially what you're doing now.

What's more hilarious : Winter Orb being channeled and working like Blade Vortex, or Blade Vortex not having the Channeling tag which is the last time I used Spell Echo in a "re-spool" build, which caused the confusion in the first place... >_>
