Failed to connect to instance.

im USA and LEGIT everytime i try to enter a map it crashes. so annoying i just lost out on fighting baron on awl 6 so now i gotta do 8 more maps AGAIN this has been going on for a month like they need to fix this im so tired of it so many people i know have quit the game entirely because of this

Been having this issue for almost a week now. Can't even attempt lab atm because of this, and now it's happening even more since the patch went out today.

Tried to connect to The Sarn Encampment and now my char is bugged because of this error :)

I'm playing on Amsterdam server and tried to travel from Labyrinth to Forest Encampment. I get a notification that the connection failed and couldn't connect to instance. I tried to restart the game and my pc and my own connection works just fine.
As of right now, I'm unable to play the game at all, since it always tries to get me into forest encampment and fails.

Still having issues on all US servers, getting booted out of lab constantly with the unexpected disconnection. Any fix or acknowledgement of the issue would be p cool. Not even bothering to get to maps because dealing with this every 2-3 instances is pretty annoying. I wonder if it has to do with the server problems everyone else seems to be posting about too?

I cant get into my hideout because of this issue :(

it happened on sirus two days ago for me. Started with the patch and never happened before. Now same shit with conqueror map. Great game as always, every patch is broken, every league.
