It's not hard to inflate Ice nova damage numbers by checking Shock and Vaal RF in the config :D

I am currently playing this build and loving it. What amulet anoint are you guys going for? Heart of Ice looks nice but wondering if there is something else better that I am missing. Although looking like this is a bit expensive.
