I understand frostbolt must come first before ice nova so they can interact properly. I had life leech + fb + nova in 3.6 and I leeched life just fine...

and only mentioned in guide that fb should be above ice nova
Yeah I’m a little confused on the attack speed as well. What auras should we run? I am using lycosidae and running precision, herald of ice and enfeeble
you may go for Precision, War banner and Temperred Mind
and drop Lyco for something more useful
belt with 14% cd would cover <7.5 aps as far i understood(cyclone tooltip)
Mines at 6.99 with flasks. Am I supposed to run war banner and temperred mind instead of my current aura's? herald of ice/blasphemy?
drop nothing atm and drop herald of ice once you get proper watcher's eye for Discipline.
you have enough mana to manage Precision+War Banner+Herald of Ice+Enfeeble
your hit chance would be 100% with tempered mind socketed right next to Instability node
Craziest build i've ever played! So much fun in legion. Atm i found comfort in setup similar to Riince's, with several diff: i've get boots with the same cooldown suffix, so 27% total, got Light of Lunaris shield (HUGE dmg boost!). Btw, they improved flame dash so well. Whirling + Dash works best for me. Ah, and i use helmet with AOE and +2% crit for my Herald of ice cuz my first priority - fast mapping along with agile movement. This guy melts red maps like it is nothing(in such trash gear i have). For hi-end bosses will find another setup, need to test it later. My aps now is about 10.5, mby 15.15 threshold is doable, we'll see.

Why not 27% cooldown and 15 aps, as mentioned author of that calculation around server tickrate?
