Maybe I missed it but the patch notes didnt mention a change to arcane will that is now 20% max mana (was 15) and 4% max mana as ES. Hey! As mentioned in the Patch Notes; highest possible maximum resistances will be capped at 90%. Will this affect Chaos Inoculation (breaking the immunity) or will chaos be excluded from this cap?
