Atm I'm using helmet with immolate/conc effect
Would a helmet with with +2 enchant and 30% more elemental be considered an upgrade ?

Or would the 3ex it costs be better spend elsewhere ?

3ex? i think you are missing something.

just to be clear, you need the 30% and the enchant ON-TOP of the immolate and conc effect mods.

those mods by themselves arent useful because you need the 6L from the elder mods.

There are a couple of guys selling mirrored helms with +2 enchant and +30 elemental damage mod *only* . Priced 3ex and 10ex

Hi, what's the best way to craft the helm required for this build? I assume fossil crafting, which fossils?

I checked poedb and another tool and scorched/prismatic(maybe pristine) seem to give the best chance for the suffix (immolate) however conc effect is more difficult to come by.

Ilvl 82+ elder helm bases (armor based) are able to roll the T1 affixes, but didn't check T1 life roll requirements.

I just came back to the game after a few years and threw this together in standard using about 10ex I had sitting around. Having a bit of trouble with staying alive/doing damage past white/early yellow maps. I realize some of the gear kinda sucks, what would be the best starting point for upgrades? My resists are low on gear, but I'm using jewels atm to get them to caps. Any help is appreciated!

Do you think it's possible to run Aspect of the Spider on a Stygian Vise with an Enlighten gem linked to Herald and Anger? I know you'd have enough mana reserved with a level 4 Enlighten but I'm curious if you'd be able to sustain enough mana to spam Molten Strike. If possible it'd be quite a nice thing to squeeze into the build if you can.

from POB, you will have 9% unreserved mana, which is ~60 mana left, so i would say no.
with enlighten lvl3 instead of4, you will have ~40.


HOA is always up and isnt dependent on RNG and web count so i would recommend using this instead of the aspect.
2 webs is the same dmg as HOA.
3 webs wins HOA with about 13k dps in POB, so i think its not worth to switch.

also getting aspect on gear can be VERY expensive if you want other useful mods on it.
