yes, but we would have to go for the elemental version there, to at least take advantage of the "more elemental damage" of the minion and totem ele res support gem if i`m not mistaken

Very good and not league specific.
But how many mana reserved have you get with it ?
Can you compare with a 4 links without FA/AA ?

53% mana reserved in 6L

46% in 4L

You have 323 mana, 47% unreserved mana.
You don't use Haste or other aura (just HoP + Vulné)

In your HoP set up, you can change ruthless by melee phys damage.
Ruthless Blow work at the third time, so it's very good if you have a very good AS.
A set up with Hop + Brutality + MPD + MAIM can be better.
If you have Maim lvl 1 on your body, you can change maim for culling strike (for ex)
DB + BRUTA + MStrike + MDmg + MPD + MSplash/RUTHLESS can be good too.

How so? Minion Damage Support 20/20 = 49% More/15% Increased

Maim 20/20 = 30% More + enemies take 14% increased physical damage

But you forget that maim do

Maim is a debuff that applies 30% reduced movement speed on the affected target for 4 seconds

And take less mana reserved than minion damage :)
(if you want add an other aura)

Do you think additional accuracy is as good as before the last patch?

They didn't had minion accuracy then, and we can easy get round about 100%
