You can equip items like the following Helmet. If you don't get enough Intelligence for Mjölner with Items you can skill the big 30 nodes in the skill tree. I already min-maxed the Items and skill tree for that purpose, which is why you don't see enough Int. Also Jewels can help.

Lastly, as a Templar you start with 20 Intelligence.
