Can someone explain to me why you would take the minion cluster beneath spiritual bond? Am I wrong to say that totems are not considered as minions?

I don't go minion damage nodes but instead scion life wheel (damage is enough with good gear) - so for Helmet has anyone experience with Arc Chains an additional time lab enchant?
Or go with 40% increased Arc damage? Thanks. Also I can craft +1 totems on shield if anyone wants (cost is 2 Ex + tip - I bought veiled ilevel 75+ shields for like 300c until I got it) |

how do you guys like this build compared to say Zizarans build? this seems more "glasscannon" compared to Zizaran but im not sure.
