Searching Isometric MMOARPG

Last Epoc isn't even on the map yet. It's a vague blurry region. It looks like it might be something, but right now it looks like a PoE clone. Only thing that I see that really stands out for me in it is the "off-line single player". Have to see what they do with that.

The only positive you list also means characters with 9999level will be the thing after using cheat engine for 20seconds.

The devs are aware of that and don't discourage it. If you want to play with a character that deals INT_MAX damage per hit, go knock yourself out!

Of course, offline characters will not be able to join online games and live in the same universe as legitimate ones.
I don't particularly care what people do to their game, but the ability to pause the game to deal with a phone call or a pissed off cat is worth it.
Torchlight Frontiers, which was recently announced and has already been mentioned here, should fit the bill. Also, https://www.madworldmmo.com might work for you.
Torchlight Frontiers looks a little too juvenile (to me), as does MadWorld :(

I'd also like to know if there are any other games out there like PoE - I can only think of Elder Scrolls Online at this point (not isometric, but similar).

In what way shape or form is ESO similar to PoE? Besides just being an RPG?
if you follow Torchlight Frontiers it sounds like it's trying to be more RPGish and alt friendly than other MMOARPG's. Like, you can make an alt be a vendor, put him in your Fort, and have him sell wares for you.

It's always bee cartoony. But It's something I'm keeping an eye on.
Lost Ark (not out in Europe yet)
Wolcen (still not finished)

Other than that, yea not much really.
Ragnarok Online would be the case here, an old isometric MMO since early 2000's.
Anime Style, so caveats in that regard.
Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
"A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body."

Only usable with Ethanol Flasks
