Sounds like it works the same way. They just removed the other mechanic from the game so it didn't make sense to keep it just for the ascendancy. So the wording changed.

Okay, thank God. I was going to play a max block build in delve for the first time in forever... and also first Gladiator(first duelist for that matter) ever. If this happened like, AB < SB, then I was going to be VERY sad haha.

One thing that i'm slightly skeptical of are the vaal skill changes, because, from what i understand, they'll largely go back to never being used again.
Perhaps this change would've profited from being postponed to 3.5 and a return of Soul Catcher\Ripper.

Because the game would still make you go zoom zoom but now fewer builds can do it. Hence less build diversity.

GGG finally gave Sabo some love and now he sucks again :( Why GGG? WHY?

No. They want to make money. Balance doesn't make them money. Happy players don't even make them money. A casino doesn't want the customers happy, it wants them gambling. If anxiety does that, anxiety is the goal. You're missing the real agenda.

That has been the case for a long time. All other builds are carried by tolerance for reduced efficiency and/or trade skill.

Leveling is forced on us so that the streamers have a race to limit how many people can make a living at it. And so that the pawnshop allstars can show off their wealth with early buying power.

Quite pathetically hypocrites of you DEVs to nerf KB so harshly, while buffing caustic arrow to be able to deal massive direct damage, have a DoT, AND fucking be able to overlap it's direct hit damage.



Right after making some money off that MTX as well.
