Delve dungeons are infinite and scale infinitely (?). What next GGG gonna add to ruin the game? :(

There is even "The Depth Ladder tracks who has delved the deepest into the mine."

and still..you keep playing and playing and playing.

Dude, I even played some Bestiary. I can play anything basically. Doesn't mean I will play a lor or enjoy it a lot no matter what.
I think that D3 has the advantage of classes in this case. It's much easier to balance a few classes for dealing with the progress of rifts then GGG can balance the insane ammount of characters that can exist in this game.

It won't doom this game though, it's really just an addition to mapping instead of a replacement. I wouldn't take the infinite scaling to seriously though. It really is just something to try out here and there to take a break from mapping, and that is a plus for me.

I am more curious on how the scaling works and how fast/slow it ramps up. I don't really want to go through hours and hours of weak checkpoints only to finally get to the fun ones.
These are not D3 Greater Rifts, these are the D3 trials that existed between Season 1 and Season 4.

The PoE engine is super limited (physics wise) to be made to deliver the D3 GRs experience.

If the developer's intention is to create more competitive engagement after the end of the race to 100, simply start sorting the ladder by the shortest time to reach 100 as I suggested here:
