you r going ok with the gear, nothing wrong man.

ofc you have a large room to improve ur pieces.

-rare stygian belt ( life, res, ele damage )
-tombfist or gripped gloves
-better jewels
-dying sun flask

Im not played poe about 4 or 5 years
I have old 53 lvl duelist on my account at 4th Act
What do you think - should I start new character or can continue old one?

probably is better if u restart the game from 0

Considering to use this as my league starter on the upcoming league. Do you have a leveling tree for Marauder?

There is the levelling tree for champion . for marauder is the same , the only difference is the start path, look levelling section

Getting a Watcher's Eye with the LGOH/vitality mod on it is proving to be "Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate" and once you start rolling t10+ maps with double or triple monster crit etc. you really miss it

I keep a LGOH support gem socketed in my offhand wep just in case, swap it in where it seems like Ill need it.

very small budget here, and end of league. I'm interested in building a 2wield version next league with the hard affixes, hope they don't nerf MS too badly. :P
