Its an additional source of damage in boss fights, also LST can inflict shock, if use without elemental focus(conc. effect instead,- check skill tags, discription)

Ofc. LT can infliсt shock by itself without elemental focus. LST has a duration tag, which means that during the LST, we will continue to throw ligtning traps- more damage at a time
