Ways to get orbs of chance?

Yap. I just buy all of her maps daily - even those I've done to not run out of maps eventually. As I see from replies it's probably wrong. This is my first full playthrough.

I'm brand new as well, started a month ago, but I don't buy all she has. It's simply too expensive as I don't find that many orbs of chance. But I do like to pick up rare maps, especially if they are unidentified. I'd like to do that Unided achievement thing. I also buy from her if she has maps I haven't done yet. Sadly she never seems to get what I need.

As for orbs of chance, the most reliable way is probably to just run maps and pick them up whenever you see them. Maybe not go out of your way for chests and such, but open and bash what is in reach. I've got a surprising amount of various currency from chests and suchlike. Pretty awesome to open a random chest and see a Chaos orb pop out =)

Use Neversinks Loot filter. They drop everywhere.
