Alva disappeared from hideout

I have the same problem.
She has vanished from every hideout.
I also couldn't see her in the hideout of a friend while he talked to her and opened a tempel.

Edit: I think the last thing I did was talking to her -View Temple- while the temple was finished and didn't open the temple.

I am also one of apparently a good number of people missing an Alva in their hideout after having placed her there initially, and unable to place her back in through the utility category in decorations.

Click her from decorations and doesn't place. "dismiss" option not available under her name in decorations tab.

Same here...
Sometimes she reappears in hideout to be gone later.
She is in decorations under Utility tab but you cant place her in hideout.
Anyone found a solution yet?

Also lost alva from hideout on ps4/console.

Oh, that's was my problem, trying customize my hideout with character who didn't help Alva, thank you for pointing out.

Well the problem in 3.8 if you accidently miss her because you zap through the levels it's extremly annoying since 3.8 masters in maps/zones are pretty rare, I have run over 40 zones now, getting 4 einhars and 0 alvas.

EDIT: done about 25 crypts and 40 the den, still nothing. (at least as far as Im aware she doesn't have a fixed spawn the first time if you miss the original encounter since I tried running the other zones that are before the ralakesh fight without any result.)

This is by far the most boring grind I have ever experienced in this game.....
