You cannot get your packs refunded if you used Steam Wallet

These people are just bored of their MTX I think. Like those people who buy shoes or a dress to wear one night before returning. Like adopting a puppy then passing it off when its not a puppy anymore...Sad really.

The idea of this thread is to clear two misconceptions

1) GGG does not refund because they are angels
2) If you do wish to refund, you can do it only via credit card chargebacks

Thanks for posting this thread, because it is good to know both of those things.

However, a thread full of people posting 'tanks for telling us that' is really boring.

The reason people are talking about whether chargebacks are good or not, is because this thread also communicated one additional piece of information:

3) Kiss_Me_Quick tried to get a refund of their Alpha Harpy Supporter pack, and couldn't.

This leads us to infer the next piece of information:

4) Kiss_Me_Quick probably would have done a chargeback if they could have.

^ This is the extra bit of the thread that people are discussing. You basically posted a thread saying 'I want my refund waaah'. Despite the wording of it, and even if you didn't mean it that way, it was interpreted that way regardless. At least that's how I see it.
